Shipping policy

This policy is applicable to domestic (USA) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

A. SHIPPING COSTS
Free shipping on all physical orders anywhere in the United States.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3-7 days (Monday to Saturday). The order cut-off time is 10:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Domestic order handling time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Saturday).

C. DELIVERY TERMS
We use the USPS to deliver physical products.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at Contact@PoliceRadio.org or call us at +1 805-710-9775.

E. CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

G. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital guides, e-books, directories, and bundles (the PoliceRadio.org Field Guide Library) are delivered electronically by email after checkout through Shopify Digital Downloads. They are never shipped, and no shipping fee applies to them.

No returns on digital products. Because downloads are delivered instantly, digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, and the return policy above applies to physical items only. Exceptions: if your download link fails, a file is defective or corrupted, or you did not receive your order due to a technical issue, contact us within 30 days of purchase at Contact@PoliceRadio.org and we will replace the file or issue a full refund. Digital products are always delivered electronically; if an order cannot be delivered, you are entitled to a full refund.
