Refund policy
By placing an order through PoliceRadio.org you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to domestic (USA) orders.
A. 14 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
B. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at Contact@PoliceRadio.org or call us at +1 805-710-9775. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
D. EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at Contact@PoliceRadio.org or call us at +1 805-710-9775.
E. RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
F. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
G. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital guides, e-books, directories, and bundles (the PoliceRadio.org Field Guide Library) are delivered electronically by email after checkout through Shopify Digital Downloads. They are never shipped, and no shipping fee applies to them.
No returns on digital products. Because downloads are delivered instantly, digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, and the return policy above applies to physical items only. Exceptions: if your download link fails, a file is defective or corrupted, or you did not receive your order due to a technical issue, contact us within 30 days of purchase at Contact@PoliceRadio.org and we will replace the file or issue a full refund. Digital products are always delivered electronically; if an order cannot be delivered, you are entitled to a full refund.
